Ryan's Birthday ... Oreo Cupcakes!!

A friend "Ryan" had a birthday so another chance for me to try a new recipe ... Oreo Cupcakes!! I used a white cake recipe and added about 10 Oreo cookies (without the cream center and ground them up in the food processor) added to the batter. Baked those up and made some easy buttercream frosting and again took about 5 Oreos (same as above) and slowly added them in at the end of the mixing process. Piped that on the cooled cupcakes and then topped them with a 1/2 cookie. The looked as good as they tasted ... here's a few pics of the cupcakes and some friends enjoying them!
